Wedding Photography at the Forrest Hills - Frodsham

The gorgeous Forrest Hills hotel is located in Frodsham Cheshire, surrounded the beautiful scenery at the top of Helsby hill.  For brides wanting a lovely hotel wedding venue with stunning views this is defiantly a good option.

Its late October and yet according to the weather you could think it was a late summer wedding day. Its a my first ever Wednesday wedding, its my first wedding after having my new baby, and its so strange working without a bump! The excitement to do a belly floor shot today is intense. The bridal prep room is calm, the girls are all laid back make up beautifully in place before I arrive. Stacey's hair takes two people to get it in place, 'she has loads of hair'! Gorgeous I must add. The overall theme is very girly lots of soft pinks and creams. A bright bouquet of flowers arrive from the groom which sets some emotion in to in the morning. The dress is a stunning lace number which is a pleasure to photograph both on and off the bride.

The ushers are playful and typical lads, they had me laughing most of the day with the constant banter. I hear the bar bills the next day were legendary 'How much on sambucca rounds?' Shame about the blonde german looking one who kept pulling silly faces and 'trying' to be funny all day (He's my boyfriend). The ceremony took place at St Michael's Church in Runcorn, which is a church I love. Perfect ceremony, a confetti exit and some cute family images before we moved on to the Wedding Venue.

The wedding venue is the Forrest Hills Hotel in Frodsham. Always a fantastic experience here the staff and wedding co-ordinaters are always extremely helpful wether it be rounding up guests for photographs or holding smoke bombs for me! The view is always sensational whatever the time of year, there is lots of places to do both couple and group shots...

One thing I throughly enjoyed was Stacey's request for some 'fun' bridal party images, I don't know wether it was the bridal party's enthusiasm or the sambucca (or a mix of both) but I love the way they have turned out, especially the jumping shot... **brads brother though** :)

Congratulations again Stacey & Brad...x
